That is just way too cool. Very well done! I'm hoping I can create images like that when my IR modded camera finally arrives!

Don't really know. I sent it to them on Monday, got confirmation from them on Wed that they had received it and had already started working on it. If they are true to their two day turn around, I would see an e-mail with tracking information sometime tomorrow thus I should see it Monday or Tuesday.

I have already produced a couple of IR shots that I really like. While at the Glacier Shootout, aktse (April) let me use her's all day long. You can see mine here. I still haven't gotten to the channel swapping stage yet so these are just B&W conversions.

I'm new and don't know the technical terms for it, but that shot is amazing.

Howdy Scott, those are wonderful images, so crisp and clean, and I can
only imagine how beautiful being there and shooting with Friends, makes each
one of them even more special.

If you have any problems on the Channel Swapping, just shoot me an email I'd be glad to give one of the images a try or try helping you get something
you like. If the Mod was one with the R72 type filter, instead of one of the
    B&W producing ones.

    Take care,

    Howdy Skippy,

Sorry, I had thought that you were already in the States.

So how long now do we have to wait to see some of your IR images?

Which Shootout are you coming for?

You would think Andy would send you one, so you could practice :D:D:D

Thanks for the offer for help. The filter on that camera was a 730nm filter, so there is color data aplenty. I went searching all your IR posts and in one of them you give a pointer to the technique you use to do the colorization. I'm going to give it a play this weekend and, if I run into problems, I'll give you a shout. Again, thanks for the offer to help. Really appreciate it.
