A compatriot did.
His name is Miguel Barreira and he is a professional photographer working in a sport newspaper in Portugal.
Watch the lens he was using ! He was not on board of an helicopter, just in a hill.

I saw these photos in person when the photos were on exhibit at USC here in Los Angeles.

( Personally, I think you with your two flashes could have done better then Miguel.)
