I just upgraded from Photoshop CS2. Of course the color profile/workspace settings I set to were wiped out. Is there a good guide online that will show me step by step on which options to set? Things like Working Space, Conversion options, etc.

Another odd thing is my Nikon RAW files are shot in sRGB but for some reason they are trying to open as Adobe RGB when it is in the RAW preview??

As for your Nikon Raws, they have no color space until you process that data and encode them into a color working space. As for rendered images in sRGB being opened in Adobe RGB (1998), you have to set your RGB working space and color polices, discussed in the above PDFs.
