My wife and I had a chance to go to Paris for 2 days while visiting family in London. It was a great, albeit brief, excursion. You can't do Paris justice in 2 days, but we tried... :D

Nice photos! I'm amazed how much you covered in just 2 days, even making it all the way to Versailles!

Great photos. I recognize most of the places, but now I want to get back. Well, I'll need to settle for Germany this year. When you fins someone willing to fund your trips, let me know, I need to talk to them too!

Such a hardship, I know. There is a story for this upcoming trip, but I won't hijack the thread anymore, I'll tell it when I (hopefully) put up a thread in Journeys at the end of March or beginning of April.

I love the Reflections of Notre Dame
What a wonderful and enjoyablly unique prospective. I am not sure if it is my monitor but, the sky seems raher bright when I am viewing it. Id like to see this image with the sky darkened a bit.

How were you able to get an empty hallway in Versailles? Did you use Photoacute or was it truly empty?

The hallway was actually closed to the public for some reason on that day. I simply stood up against the rope and took my pictures. Pretty lucky.
