MY order od preference is 2) then 1) then 3) and lastly 4). I don't like 4 much at all. I prefer 2) over 3) because you get more of an angled line with the protrusion. 2) and 1) are close!

D3s, D500, D5300, and way more glass than the wife knows about.
I like Number one as well, I think it shows the most detail,
the composure with that one is also nicely done.
The lighting is nice right across the entire image in that first shot too.
