Help requested to change the crop of an order

Andy,
Per you advice, I added the proofing option tomy galleries and I have a customer who ordered an 8" x10" crop but she cut her foot off. I corresponded with her and recommended that we change the crop to 5" x 7". I resized the image to 5" x 7" and replaced the imaged. So far , so good, but I cannot find any way to make this change as it doesn't allow me to change the crop aspect ratio.

Does the line item need to be canceled and a new line item need to be ordered?

I am flummoxed!

Hi

You can't change an 8x10 to a 5x7.

Hi George,

I've gone ahead and placed a new order for a 5x7 of that image. New order number is 505111 and should be avavilable in your pro sales orders. Will cancel the previous order so your customer will not be charged
