Using a watermark, text only

How do I make a watermark that is text only?
I have a signature that I would love to use, but the file it's in (PSD I think) isn't supported to be uploaded.

So I'll go with text.

    All watermarks, text or graphic, have to be save as a PNG file. That way, you'll keep the transparency of it.
