It wasn't only about birds..... this young coon showed up to forage at Viera two afternoons.

Last day at Viera, 2-8, it was overcast and wet, and I had the place to myself for quite a while. Lucky me.
Not too often you are looking down at an eagle but the viewing stand at Viera gave me that chance

This fellow is waving Good-bye?!

Red Shouldered Hawk flew off when he decided I wasn too close.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry, that means a lot coming from you. While I was watching this eagle from the platform I spotted 2 otters on the side of the dike. By the time I got closer they were off and in the water so I took advantage of the eagle's actions.
