Auto vs True Color prints - Duotone / B&W ?

I'd like input from someone at smugmug (Andy! Help!) regarding if I should print as auto or true color. I have images that were converted to B&W, then a subtle split tone applied in lightroom. Which print method would work the best?

I installed the i2e Image Editor trial and made some before/after comparisons, and i2e is indeed changing the color slightly. I guess what I'm worried about is if I print true color (for the duotone/b&w images), do you think they would still look good as a print (brightness, contrast, etc.) If I print true color will they be too dark (should I go back and adjust the exposure of them)? My monitor isn't "officially" calibrated, so I'm not sure where the images on my monitor stand compared to an actual print. I'm too busy taking pictures and playing with them in lightroom to have printed any!

I also included some color images as well for review. I was planning on using auto color for those, although if you think they'd print ok with true color, that would be good to know as well (or even specific images).

After i2e: http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/4321595_ibJmA/

Thanks,
Brian

Print them true, but you need to raise the exposure some (they are too-dark) and then add sharpening thumb.gif
