The first one is nice, but it's kinda blue and i'm don't like the cutting of the arms. She looks a littke close to the background in the second one. The last one is a fairly standard portrait, but the eyes really need to be in focus, rather than the neck/chest area Hope this helps.
1. lacks proper white balance. not too keen on framing either.
2. this shot works, with all of the lines going on behind her, try to compose for symmetry and see how it compares. converging walls can be a neat background.
3. with the high degree of center sharpness, you probably should have picked another point (like her face) to focus on. again, white balance.
