Mom and Baby

Always wanted to do one of these shoots and finally got my chance.
Mom is 20, baby Lily is 10 weeks. Haven't gone through all the shots yet, but this one got my attn and I wanted to share it.
I use only Canon cameras and glass

    Well done...The mom is shadowed but I kind of like how that gives attention to the baby.

    i think this is a wonderful shot, very pure. i really like the b&w. i am a sucker for b&w tho. nicely done.clap.gif

    All that soft round skin! So wonderful. I think it's a bit dark though.

    Agreed, it is a bit dark....but that's what mom wanted. She hasn't lost her baby weight yet so she's very self conscious and asked me to keep it dark and shadowy so as to not call attn to her chubbiness. I tried to do that, while keepin the detail and the focus on the baby. Not an easy task. Thanks for your comment.

    I prefer the term fluffyrolleyes1.gif . Great shot!!! I do agree it's a bit dark,even though she wanted it to deter from her, I would have liked it a bit brighter.
