First question that came to mind when I saw this image was...
Why is everything Blue ???
Maybe you meant for it to be all Blue, but I'm guessing the roof is tin,
and probably a silvery-grey colour?
I'm not keen on the whole image almost being the same colour.
Those flowers look very pretty though

Is was suppose to be blue.

I actually like it. If you were going for surreal, you got it. Kinda noisy though, but again, maybe that's what you were going for.

Maybe I'm just too much of a realist but I like the second one better than the first despite the fact that blue is my favorite color.

But now it's way too over-processed. Lots of annoying artifacts from pushing things too much. Why don't you post the original image and let us see what it looked like?
