Lock it down feature

I just read about the new "Lock it down" feature for quick protection of a gallery. I went through the help section at "http://www.smugmug.com/help/online-photo-gallery" and attempted to create a new gallery with these options. When I try to create a new gallery, I am still getting the old "create a new gallery" screen and options at http://belphotos.smugmug.com/gallery/create.mg?

I have cleared cache and forced a reload of the page, but to no avail. I am using Firefox 2.0.0.12 and Windows XP. The results are the same in the less used IE7.

Am I doing something incorrect or has the feature been withdrawn?

The 'lock down' feature isn't available if you already have 'quick settings'. Make your own custom quick settings and apply them as needed to your new galleries......
