hack comments text?

On a page with comments, it says

blahblah wrote about this gallery on blahblah

I was wondering if it is possible to change the word "gallery" to "service"

I changed "gallery comments" to "customer comments" and ONE TIME when I looked at the page it mysteriously said

blahblah wrote about this customer on blahblah

but when I reloaded the page it disappeared. Weird.
