smugmug adword

Hi guys,

I dont know what google's policy is on this or whatever, but i accidentally searched for smugmug.com instead of sticking it into the address bar. Anyway, i was surprised to see smugmug.com as an adword specifically for snapfish. Seemed a little uncool to me. though if it isnt a problem, whatever

    It's not uncommon at all, companies do that. They bid on the word....

    yeah, i figured thats the case, but i wasnt sure if there was trademark thing involved, as i said, no biggie, just passing it along

    meh - may be common, but I think it's pretty uncool to use a competitior's name to bring people to your site. umph.gif
