I have read "Legal Handbook for Photographers" by Bert Krages http://www.krages.com/lhp.htm

and for contracts, "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers" http://www.amazon.com/Business-Legal-Forms-Photographers-CD-ROM/dp/158115206X

Both seemed pretty good

Photographer's Legal Guide by Carolyn E. Wright; Esq..

and

Best Business Practices for Photographers by John Harrington

The legal guide is very readable and has good information related to digital images and intellectual property.

I'll echo the recommendation for Harrington's book.

2. How to sell photography?

I could stand to read a book on that topic too!

3. Sports Photography shooting tips.

I plan to self-publish a book on night action photography, using Motocross as an example, in the very near future. Does that count?
