Problems with email uploads

Hi! Having issues with email uploads.

Sent a 3mb jpg file via email over 6 hours ago and it still has not appeared on smugmug. When the email was sent, smugmug created the Email gallery in the Other catagory (time stamped 4:17pm - it is now after 10:30pm CST). Not sure what the delay or issue is.

Any ideas? My daughter's smugmug (amanda-and-nick.smugmug.com). She sent less than 10 images (all under 3mb) on the 13th which loaded fine.

Using ISP Network Solutions.

Sorry we missed this earlier. There can be several reasons for it. For one, for some reason SmugMug doesn't like ThunderBird emails all the time. We are looking in to that. Also, there may be a problem with the photo itself. Did you manage to upload it already, by any chance?
