I like them both. The background in the second one is a little distracting, IMO, but the profile is good. Well done. thumb.gif

Thank you both! Got the Metz 58 AF-1 for canon! So far it and my cheap ebay transmitters are working flawlessly :)

Lots of the smileys are named after digrinners that have been here a long time.

OMG if she finds out you posted a pic of her on the internet in curlers you will be wearing that new flash for a hat...hahaha.

Looks like you are having lots of fun with the new flash...welcome to the most frustrating but in the end, if you work at it...rewarding segment of your photography journey.

For your first couple pics these are on track, nice job.

She just found out, I think I have to sleep on the coach tonight... :P if I'm lucky, elsewise, the concrete outside looks promising... :D

    Thanks for your comments!

hello wave.gif the weird one would be me :D

It's actually not specifically a norwegian name, more scandinavian. Quite a few 'Ivars' in Sweden as well for instance. It's less common over here (the Netherlands). One of the (to me) known meanings is 'archer'.

I do actually really love the curler shot thumb.gif

Ah! Cool:) Hey Ivar! And true that, it is an old norse name. It means basically Taxus baccata Warrior :P Thanks btw, glad you like it! :D
