Looks like you are having lots of fun with the new flash...welcome to the most frustrating but in the end, if you work at it...rewarding segment of your photography journey.

hello the weird one would be me
It's actually not specifically a norwegian name, more scandinavian. Quite a few 'Ivars' in Sweden as well for instance. It's less common over here (the Netherlands). One of the (to me) known meanings is 'archer'.
