Ric it is easier when you defrost

I was going for the same thing but here it is 60 or maybe 55 in the morning :huh I dress warm :D but I still take my gloves off to take a shot :rofl oh yea and if they land and stay on one stick it really helps :thumb summer is on the way or come out to calif shoot one day fill a few 12 gig cards and edit for the winter :dunno

    It's kind of cool how these mates like to stick together.

    I figured out that part of my problem with focus was due to heat waves from the escaping heat out the open patio door. No...I'm not going outside! 10 degrees right now.

    I do not know how you guys do it the trip to Bosque [colder than &%^%^&**(*9] my hands hurt for 2 weeks after I got home and it tookk one day for me to learn how to shoot the camera with gloves on :D I have seen the same thing finchs more than any bird stay close [meaning male and female ] red tails would be next on my list . Well it is almost spring clap.gif

    I tell ya Jeff..I dislike the cold but I find myself out in it more now cause I wanna shoot. if I can't shoot from the car, I'll throw on my carhart coat & pants , those thing are great...it's usually my feet, hands , & face that get too cold. probably the worst thing is it's cloudy alot.ne_nau.gif i find myself praying for sun on a weekend.

    Good capture Jeff and 55-60 is pretty chilly too. Don't know how you Calafornia folks can take that cold weather. rolleyes1.gif

    it was my hands and getting to make the camera work with gloves that did me in ,my feet did just ok but my hands --warmers worked 1 in the gloves and 1 in each pocket that helped out --and that was only for the early morning it did warm up about 9:30 -I am a so cal guy I would miss the sun :cry

    On most days my alarm goes off with the temp at 67 degrees I wake up :D
