Don't know what this is, but it's pretty. It likes swimming underwater too and surfacing under geese! :rofl

The male I'd assume, too flashy to be female?

I'm really getting into avery photography!

There's a duck by my house that's white bodied with a cinnomon head and no crest, it's very shy and sits out in the far far end of the pond though, where I'd have to use the TC 2x to capture it, and I'm scared of image quality degredation, shoulda gone with the 1.4x.

Merganser can be very shy, you did well being able to capture them.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
