Good shots although the light is a bit harsh - are these natural strong sunlight or flash ?

I think those shots are excellent. I will be getting my MP-E on Sunday and I will be more than happy if I can produce anything like this but I sure doubt it. I am still struggling to find any bugs yet.
    Cheers

I like them. Well saturated, very crisp, and I think the contrast adds to the visual impact. Did you focus-stack the images? The DOF is fnatastic.

What camera mode were you shooting in ?- the first two shots look like natural light or fill flash rather than full flash ?
