Description and keywords - difference to Google?

Hi,
In terms of Google searches, should I be putting words that are in my description into the keyword box as well? Eg. if my description is "Salisbury Cathedral" and my keywords are "religion, worship, building, architecture", should I also add "salisbury" and "cathedral" to the keywords, or will Google already pick these up because they're in the description box?
