This thread addresses some interesting tips for photographers wanting to know how the Fed Tax Law deals with Hoby vs. Business. Just bear in mind, if you use PayPal to receive your payouts and transfer them into your joint/personal checking account, you will meet the condition of having a Business Checking/banking acount.
