Unable to grab random image, gallery created after privacy changes

I'd like to think that this is a user error, but I'm baffled. I often grab a random photo for my blog, or for my Kaleidoscope and Gallery pages in my smugmug site. I can successfully grab random images for photos in galleries created before the new privacy & security release, but I can't grab a random image from a gallery that I created yesterday.

I'm using the random photo code from http://wiki.smugmug.com/display/SmugMug/Random+Photos+Code.

My gallery is public and has external linking on. I've tried using the full album id (assuming that I need it since this is a new gallery), and I've tried using the old-style album id (didn't expect this option to work). Nothing shows with either option. Here's the link:

And here's one that works, pulling from a gallery that was created 2 weeks ago:

What am I missing here?

The 'AlbumKey' is supposed to go in there, but separately .
On the 'older' galleries it will accept it as you are using it, on the newer ones not so much.

Try this one:
