The Yorkshire Dales - England

I am currently photographing the Yorkshire Dales in the middle of winter here in England. The weather creates it's own challenges as days are not getting above 1c most of the time.
I would recommend anyone who loves landscape photography should pay a visit to this beautiful part of the world. The public access walking tracks are just fabulous to capture different aspects of the landscape.
I thought I would share a selection of my shots so far.

Very gorgeous shots! You've really captured some of the magic of the area. I've never been there in winter. In fact, I've seen few photo's of the area in winter? So thank you for providing them.
I'll be there again come June, so I'll try to post some comparison shots then. The 'Kings Head' is one of our favourite hangouts!

As a Yorkshireman exiled (very happily) in CA, I loved the shots. Thanks!
2 3 4 really caught my eye and I love how you've composed them.
The B&W works well for 2 & 4!
The countryside looks beautiful in the last shot.
I really enjoyed this series and I would love to get there one day in my life!
