Thank you Harry, Dave, Ric and tamplum. I know, they are very snobbish, i believe it was a mating season at the time so they were pretty mean and try to attck visitors and each other
You know, i was always wondering, if it looked kind of cheesy to photograph birds in captivity. It's pretty easy and not very impressive. Now that you mentioned those "blue" tags, it's really bothering me. Darn it. Where do you find Flamingoes in a wild here? I won't even know where to start
Anytime you wanna go, we actually gathering for a sunset shoot at Lido this saturday. You're welcome to join. But we can do JG in Sunday if you'd like

Thanks for the invite Marina. Weekends ... OUCH! Too many people out on weekends. . I usually shoot during the week and hide during the weekend. Too many "snow birds" flocking down here and causing delays. I hate lines and waiting. If weekends are the only time...then I'll have to find a happy face to put on and deal with the crowds. They just get in the way of shooting. I remember visiting Jungle Gardens once and there were about 100+ children on a field trip. Must have been about 8-9 yrs old. What an absolute nightmare. I was so happy to see them eventually leave. So were the birds.
Not sure when...but this weekend is already booked up with company visiting. I'll drop you a PM sometime.

When do you want to go? Need to pic a day with good weather and sunshine. Don't forget to bring spraypaint to hide those darn blue leg tags.
