    Well, I like what you're going for, but the image seems pretty grainy, so I'd drop the ISO. The power lines don't do much for it and there's really no color in the sunrise. I think the early morning starburst is a great way to shoot, but perhaps you should try a slightly different location and perhaps play with the saturation.

    I personally like the power line being there, it shows this modern day world and not the fake 'untouched' world many people photograph. The grain is also intentional, i wanted to give it a more rustic feel.
