Nikon enel3e batteries

I currently have 4 batteries (2 each for the D300 and D200) but was looking to purchase 4 more (giving each camera a complete backup for the bettery grip).

Is there a difference between the actual Nikon batteries and the 2nd market batteries, except for the price?:D

    I have picked up 2nd market batts for all my nikons I notice nothing --they work thumb.gif and you have some $ left over
