I did not get a shot of it from the top of the hillside, far away. Have several potential panos from the valley floor if I can figure out how to stitch them properly.

    Hi Ann,
They look good to me as far as pp goes. But I'm a total mess when it comes to that so ne_nau.gif To me, if they are sharpened properly (yours are) and exposed properly (again, looks good to me), then you got it. Cropping is very subjective so I leave that to the photog. Colors? Forget-it. I'm too colorblind to comment there either :D .

    As far as composition etc....

My favorite is number two (the closeup of the steel girder). Number one is cool and you captured the steel work well. Number three, I'm not sure about. I think I know what you were trying to do (put the man-made structure against the natural background?), but I'm not sure it works *for me*.

    Cool stuff...

Look forward to your panos if you can do it.
If every keystroke was a shutter press I'd be a pro by now...

Thank You Mongrel - I appreciate the feedback, even if it has taken me forever to remember to respond!

I tried that third shot from a few angles and distances - was quite torn about how much of the bridge to include.

I still need to try those panos - a bit of a problem with my horizons not being level!!!!
