Placing Orders for Clients thru our SM Site

I had a client (a few of them now) who don't wish to order online and just want me to "ship" them photos. Naturally, I've been ordering through my own SM account and having the photos sent directly to them. Twice now I have needed to review orders not received and there is no archive to view orders placed by me.

In the meantime, I'll keep a spreadsheet of these types of orders so I can refer to the order numbers when needed. Is there any way we can add these types of orders to our Pro Control Panel area and view them like we can client placed orders?

Just a thought....

Yeah, I must agree. I would like to have the orders I personally place (for myself or my clients) to register in the pro order section as well. It would be very handy for tracking and accounting purposes.

if the price of the photo is 1 cent above cost it shows up in your tracking. So if you change the pricing to one cent above cost and order then you buy it at cost and it appears in your tracking.

Might not be practical for multiple photos over multiple galleries.

Is any of the Smug mug heros on this because for taxes and other records it is very nice if we can keep them as uniform as possible instead of having 70% this way and 30% another on the exact same product from the same vender. The IRS does not always look at this as kosher doesn't matter how good my spread sheet looks. I hate red flags. eek7.gif
I know my spelling and grammar are poor some times my spell check says "I got nothing
for you" and there/ their is no grammar check yet so please forgive me Jesus did.

See the post just above. Thanks. You also get an email of every order you make, even your at cost orders. You can access that order online via your email and order password, too.
