some of the last shots with my bigma.....sent in for adjustment today:cry if I need to shoot something farther away it will not AF completly. I've noticed it for a few weeks but could not bring myself to send it in.

    Sorry to hear about the probs :cry, at least these show there's nothing wrong close by - hope it's not the d300.

    I think the double reflection in the eye is a bit of a distraction. I would probably remove the brighter one on the left. Just my 2¢.:D

    DB I have talked with more than 3 folks with 300's and they all have focusing issues --2 out of the box and going back ,mine is at Nikon now with another local shooters . Mine fell off the 500 on to the pavement in the parking lot --but worked and I got the coopers shot[posted here] with it that same day ,it seemed to focus better after it's fall ne_nau.gifMy complaint was bifs keeping the bird in focus headscratch.gif After I pick it up and talk with the tech I will pm you and let you know what he says .

    Sorry to hear about the Bigma. Hope it comes back soon, but the focus on these shots is outstanding. Love the junco!
