E-510 on its way!

Well, I finally cracked and bought an E-510 this week. It is in the mail and should arrive shortly. I have been an E-500 user for years, and have LOVED the results of that great camera. The E-510 body is very aggressively priced right now (less than $500!) and I felt it was a no-brainer to upgrade. I am excited to have the in-camera IS, improved high ISO, and live preview. I'll be posting some pics soon!:D

    Would be interesting to hear your thoughts...
    Enjoy. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the relative merits of the Kodak sensor of the E-500 vs the Panasonic sensor of the E-510. I know some prefer the colours from the E-500.

    It arrived yesterday! And I have to say - I am more impressed with the improvements over the E-500 than I expected. Fast, solid, better high ISO, in-body IS, live preview.... I am really excited about it :D

    Good to hear that. Now you're making me want to get one. Right now, it's at the top of my list of possibilities for an upgrade to a DSLR if I get the money. Your used 500 was so tempting.

    Have fun with it. Some comparison pics would be nice to see.
