Hi!

One usually think of Hawaii, Florida or Australian cost as common places for serfing and similar activities but ... .

Bay of Tallinn, Estonia, unusually warm weather (air is about +3 C and water about the same) allowed some summer type activities.

Just for the record: During the summer they do exactely the same but in much more attractive enviropment :D.
