After suffering cabin fever for a couple of days due to a cold decided to get some fresh air this morning, caught this guy walking on the beach.

It is a Black Headed Gull

Hope you enjoy, let me know if you don't

    Hey Tim,

Pretty good capture but it would work a whole lot better with a different composition. You ahve the bird in the lower left hand corner walking to the left with around 2/3rds of the frame behind him. You want to have him on the other side walking into the empty area.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I can't go more than 48 hours without going stir crazy. eek7.gif Anyhow, nice image as I have never seen this type of gull. I also might add that you could apply some selective sharpening in your editor program to try to remove some of the blur on the subject.

Sorry Harry, he was not having any of it, just wanted to do his own thing headscratch.gif

Unfortunately the whole picture was a bit grim, the only way to make anything of it was do the walk on the beach comment with all the footprints

Maestro, once you seen them once you won't want to be to close to them again, the best description of them is on Wikipedia

    Thanks for the comments guys
