It's such a cool city. It's very old and historic, and has lots of great architecture, churches and buildings to see/photograph.
I walked around for a couple of hours yesterday snapping photos....here are my favorites!
King Square

A typical street view, looking down the street toward the harbor.

In the cemetary, we looked up at the elm tree branches, they are so old and intertwined, it reminded us of a road map.

Still in the cemetery, a cold set of steps leading up to another path.

Looking out of the cemetery toward the city market. It's open 7 days a week, and is the highlight of my trip to that city each time. If you're ever there, head straight to the carrot sisters booth and get yourself a "whale" The most awesomest salad ever...it has everything in it you can imagine!

An old anglican church, apparently this is just as stunning when lit up at night...I'll just have to go back again soon!

I think this is my fav from the day...it was cloudy pretty well all day, but I looked up and out came the blue sky for a few seconds!

I should mention, I know that the general consensus about posting pictures here means that you don't want to see copyright info, but I'm really tired of finding my pictures strewn all over the net without recognition, so if you can look beyond the name and focus on the photos that'd be great!

    Would love to hear C&C!:D

    Hi Christine

Lovely - St. John is really a pretty city, isn't it.

Thanks for showing us these, and reminding me of my visit.
