Playing Video Help

Some of my "people" are not able to view the videos I'm posting on my site. I don't know if it's a me problem or a them problem.

I'm using a Mac so things always work for me!!! (c:

Do my PC users need to hav quicktime to view Smugmug videos???

Yes, the user needs to have Quicktime to play the video. At least from testing on my site. It is a free download.
