    You definitely caught the eyes in this dog.

    And the placement of the rusty wheel in the background makes the dogs colors really pop.

    Howdy,

    Great looking shot, wonderful looking animal/companion, very crisp and sharp details.

    The rusted tire and wheel really steal the main focus from the wonderful Hound.

    Holy Cats rolleyes1.gif that is a cool shot. I really like the eyes as I have been working on getting those on my dog shots and have not had nearly the success.

    The dog is a husky..a little smaller than a malamute.
    Interesting comments about the background, some love it, some hate it...

    I personally like it. The wheel is on a beat up trailer they use to transport these sled dogs...you always wonder how well or poorly these dogs are treated...I thought it was a good composition, the sad air of the dog coupled with the rusted to hell wheel.

    that shot reminds me of a scene from Wolf's Rain, a Japanese Anime, pretty good.

    It's like a group of wolves that appear to be human to regular people in a post apocalyptic era. The wolf[in this case, husky] would be Tsumei from the Anime.
