Link photo from another site?

how do I make it so when a particular photo is clicked on in my gallery, that it links to that photo on another website?

let's try this one for example:

The only way to do it by clicking on the photo is to make your own html-gallery of photos. Like this: http://www.moonriverphotography.com/gallery/4313193_ssu83
