See this link for some inspiration for your own shots. I thought it was interesting that a huge percentage of the shots are at sunrise/sunset or some other interesting lighting condition. I sure need to pay more attention to the "golden hour".

There are some truly wonderful photographs in this gallery! Of course, being in such beautiful locations doesn't hurt, but this man obviously knows what he's doing. And yes, it really does illustrate the importance of good light. Thanks for sharing. :)

There are several pretty spectacular images there, but I see the heavy hand of Photoshop in all of them. Many look artificial to me, but they could always be judged on their own merits as works of "art", I suppose.

15524779-Ti.gif I have been to several of those locations and know the lighting achieved cannot be done in one shot naturally.

    Lots of PS and HDR.

Nice camera though :D (HASSELBLAD H2D)

Wow. There's some amazing stuff in there. He's a bit heavy with the graduated filter at times, but just some stunning images!

Those are fantastic! (I don't mine one bit if someone has fun pushing things a little bit, HDR, filters, whatever, I think the point is to create images that inspire some sort of emotional reaction, and those certainly did!)

Amazing work. I love the vibrance, post-processing HDR or not.
