Looks and functions like new. Since selling my 500mm lens, I've downsized to a Wimberley Sidekick. The Jobu is a Wimberley-style full gimbal that makes shooting a big tele effortless. Asking a firm $400 plus a $10 contribution toward shipping and insurance. Here's the actual head:
