Change File Names To Keywords Bulk ?

Any hack, app, trick to bulk change filenames ( already uploaded to SmugMug) to either captions or keywords ? Either put all file nmaes into captions under photos that aren't alredy captioned OR - probably easier : add all file names to keywords.
I'm getting told from SmugMug and the forums that SmugMug used to or does - but there's currently a bug - add all file names to key words on upload. Isn't doing it, hasn't done it for awhile . Have tons of photos that it would be so much better if I didn't have to do all this manually. Thet're completely unfindable with my SEARCH because they are not keywords or captions.
