    Great shot, lighting is very nice. I am slowly starting to become a fan of selective coloring. This is maybe not a pic for the wall, but a very cool shot regardless

    I absolutely love the photo - if I cover up the tattoo. It's just way too red, IMHO, and takes away from the gorgeous image. The interaction is wonderful, the conversion is really good and although the photo could be cropped slightly, it's still a nice composition.

    Try really lowering the saturation of the tattoo and see if that changes things.

    For me, though, when you colorize something, it should draw your eye to something that's the main focus of the image and to me that's the father and child, not the tattoo. If it was a photo of just the man and was trying to show it off, I think it would have been perfect!
