FS: Nikon 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6 VR, Mint, $310

I bought this thinking it would be my general purpose "walk around" lens but found I preferred something faster. Consequently, it hasn't seen much use at all. I bought it new from an authorized dealer and, yes, it is a Nikon USA lens. This lens doesn't really get the respect it deserves. I certainly never had an issue with sharpness, just f/stop. Condition of this specimen is functionally and cosmetically mint. No marks on the glass or lens body. It will be supplied with original Nikon hood and caps fore and aft and come nestled in its original Nikon box. I'm asking a firm $310 plus $10 toward shipping and insurance. US buyers only, please. Acceptable forms of payment are money order and cashier's check (sorry, no PayPal). Here are a few pictures of the actual lens:
