Problems viewing my site, Help

I received this reply after sending out a Share Group Link for my SmugMug site. I received one complaint from many family members. I recently change several things on my page. Is it my settings?

"We can’t see any of the photos. It displays a count for pictures but no pictures are showing up (black screen). I have seen these with no problem in the past so I wonder if something is temporarily wrong with the web page."

They were able to use slide show to view the pictures. The family uses a Mac but other family members with Mac laptops did not have problems.
