What order does smugmug upload in?

What order does the Smugmug java uploader upload in? It doesn't seem to upload in order of file name.
The reason I'm asking is because I had about 4 uploads going, each with about 200MB of photos. I left my computer alone and when I got back Vista had gone to sleep. After waking it up, I found out that it had gone to sleep IN THE MIDDLE OF UPLOADING. GAH!!!
1. Is there a way to upload in such a way that it just skips over files that have already been uploaded on Smugmug?
2. What order does Smugmug upload in so that I can start uploading where it left off?
