Spider,Spider and Fly

Just fired off a couple of shots and managed to get something that i was happy with. Here are the results
All take at 1x on MPE 65 @ 1/160 F8

The first shot is just a crop of the 2nd

    Creeepy. me likes :D the crop really helps the first one, that dof is really distracting ff. Nice bug eye.....kinda makes you woosy to look at it to long

    good start ,you can use F11 at 1:1 and go down to F8 when you get to 3:1

    great photo - what amazing faces these spiders have. Love the macro lens for being able to bring that out. This is something that is ordinarily missed.

    Hi Glen, so your in the MPE-65 Club too thumb.gif
    He's got a skinny little face, you've got a little bit of CA. happening with the eyes, this is easily edited out in post processing nod.gif

    Brian has a little scale that he uses with his MPE that goes like this

    1:1 = F11
    2:1 = F9
    3:1 = F7.1
    4:1 = F6.3
    5:1 = F5.6

    Your off to a great start here, got the flies eye in focus and sharp too!
