This is the year to visit. Wild Flowers are in record numbers this year because of late rain showers. There is actually grass growing in many parts of the desert and places like South Mountain are greener than I have ever seen them in the last 10 years.
The wild flowers will probably only last till the end of March as then we will be back into the 80's with very little percipitation.
