    Harvey,

I think this is a lovely image, but to me it is crying out for some post-processing to give it more pop. Just setting white and black points will help enormously.

    Regards,

    Richard,

Maybe so. I'll set the B&W points this evening and see what happens.

    Thank you, Richard & Awais.

Love this shot. Belongs in a frame! iloveyou.gif

I would have maybe given the left eye (his right eye, I guess) a bit more room .... but then .... I just took baby photos this weekend myself, and those little people are sometimes just unpredictable. rolleyes1.gif

Very cute photo, love the perspective, the simplicity, and the tiny hint of a smile. What an adorable baby, and I just love photos with wet skin, call me weird (it's ok, you wouldn't be the first!) :D

I like where you're going with the composition, but think it might be interesting in an even more abstract crop, and losing the out of focus eye...maybe crop just left of the nose/mouth.

I do think Rsinmadrid is right, some contrast would really make this image pop

    Thanks, all.

I set the black point and fiddled with levels a bit:

The photo is uncropped, although it may lose a bit of the right side through the printing process.
