A hand held shot of Times Square as the sun was going down. I had my tripod with me but using it would would have created a safety hazzard....



Taken with an Olympus E-510 and 14-42 kit lens.

Ah, Manhattan. I can smell it now!

Love the twilight sky. It's the best part of the day, especially with the neon lights just starting to poke through.

Well it provoked a minor debate of sort so it must have some redeeming attributes . Alas, it is indeed exactly what it looks like........ An unabashed snapshot of my world at that moment.

Made me think of the guy on "New Amsterdam"(the TV show). He hasn't aged in hundreds of years, and takes the same photograph of the same intersection over and over. He has a wall full of the same composition.....only the buildings and traffic change over time.
