I decided to visit the park last Sunday to do some x-country skiing and picture taking. It was a pretty cloudy day with some snow showers. I decided to travel light and only brought my Sony A100 and Minolta 28-80 lens.
1. McDonald creek flowing into McDonald lake.
2. mountains
3. McDonald creek. There were the usual inhabitants Dippers, Mule Deer and I believe I saw a Harlequin duck but it was too far away to be absolutely positive. Too bad I didn't bring a longer lens. :doh
4. McDonald creek.
5.McDonald creek, a little snow falling.
6. McDonald Falls
7. A clear pool in the creek.
8. Lake McDonald lodge.
9. Cabins.
It was a pretty nice trip, I think I'll have to go back this weekend.
